Using high-resolution textures on a GPU that only has 2GB of VRAM can cause performance issues. Once the memory fills up, the system starts swapping data, which slows everything down.

It seems like your VRAM is getting too close to its limit, even though frame drops aren't happening when using high textures. On top of that, your RAM is nearly full—about 91% used, with only around 550 MB left in the task manager. That might be contributing to the problem.
