I handle GTA V, BF4, BO3 all at high settings 1080p effortlessly. Running a 5GB game on medium settings is a total mess—only 20 FPS on high and 30-40 on medium. My CPU and GPU barely heat up, almost like they’re not doing anything. Usually other games make the GPU work hard, reaching 70°C, but this one stays at 30-40% load with only 40°C. WTF? What’s the fix? My specs are definitely in my signature.

the system doesn't have a GPU available... what does that mean for the overall performance?

That's surprising, right? I just got a GTX 950.

What operating systems are you running? Consider reinstalling the necessary programs first.

from what I've seen, the newest drivers aren't always the top performers. Based on my experience, the 359.06 models have been better than the 970. Before you change them, try reinstalling them to check if it improves things.

You can find older drivers by checking your device manufacturer's website or contacting their support team for available updates.

Check the source again, as reinstalling might improve performance in other titles.

I'll reinstall the latest versions first and then attempt to use some older drivers. These new drivers seem aimed at VR systems for 1070 and 1080.

It seems your performance varies a lot depending on the game mode. In single-player you hit high frames, but in multiplayer it drops significantly. The same goes for different settings—higher settings give more frames, while lower ones are more stable. What’s happening is likely related to how the game handles load and frame rates under different conditions.
