A little bit of trouble with a constant flicker on my screen.
Hey guys. I have been using my computer for four years, but suddenly the monitor is acting weird. It starts stuttering after about thirty to forty minutes of use. If I shut down and restart the same day, it might take a little longer to fix up, but if I turn it off and on again soon after, it gets worse.
This only happens sometimes without those annoying lines all over the screen (mostly just some flickering on the video). It has been happening since January. Even though I changed my HDMI cables and updated my graphics driver, tweaking the refresh rate helped a little, nothing works perfectly except for this flickering problem too. Also, sometimes it goes away completely after three or four hours of use. Can anyone help with this?

My computer specs are - an MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard, a Ryzen 5 3500 CPU, an AMD RX 6400 graphics card, 16GB of RAM, a PSU Corsair CCV550 with 80+ certification, running Windows 11 24h2. I also have a current chipset and BIOS.
Welcome everyone! Just a quick reminder: you didn't say what PSU make or model for your build. What BIOS version are you using on your motherboard? Have you tried connecting the monitor to another computer that works fine? Try running DDU in Safe Mode to take all GPU drivers away (Intel, Nvidia and AMD), then manually install the newest driver from AMD's official site by right-clicking the installer and choosing Run as Administrator.

Sorry about not mentioning the PSU earlier; maybe it wasn't the issue after all because my PC is still working fine and making music (which needs a lot of power). I'm using a Corsair 550W power supply rated for 80%, and regarding my BIOS, I've applied the latest fix that AMD released. I tried removing my GPU drivers with the DDU method and then installing the newest ones from the AMD website, but nothing worked there. Right now, I don't have any monitors to test on, so I'll just plug in my PC to my TV and see if it still causes trouble. Thanks again for your help.
