For images and videos, a big HDD is recommended. You can find 4TB HDDs for the cost of 500GB SSDs. Photos and videos won’t really benefit from the SSD speed (besides quicker copying). If you still prefer a decent SATA SSD, the Crucial MX500 is a good choice.
