I didn't locate a suitable forum for this topic; please consider deleting my post if it's not fitting.
I'm attempting to master web development tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DEV_TOOLS, VS Code, Git, and GitHub. I've gathered some helpful online tutorials but haven't found an appropriate place to ask questions.
I've tried Stack Overflow because of its strict rules and rigid moderation, and freeCodeCamp since they insist their method is the only correct one. So far, no other forum has provided a space for users to share context or ask questions.
Do you know of any such community?

Tom's is an excellent place for posing questions.
It functions effectively when you:
describe the issue,
share your insights on possible root causes,
present a potential answer you think might help,
reference relevant sources,
demonstrate your understanding by working through it.
Open to constructive feedback.
