Hello everyone, the Star Wars Jedi Survivor game at EA keeps having a bug that stops players from progressing in the story. This problem hasn't been fixed for more than a month and is clearly reported by many users across different platforms. I've asked EA multiple times for an update or a refund, but each request was denied because I didn't buy the game directly from them. I've also contacted several major news outlets to raise awareness and push for a solution. They shouldn't ignore this issue. Please help get the word out or suggest ways to take legal action against EA for not delivering on the promised product. https://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-Jedi...570/page/5

It's an EA game, which means it's not a bug—it's a feature. Good luck! No need to keep buying EA titles; the problem is fixed. I don't support EA game purchases because they're part of the issue, not the solution.

According to your reply on the reddit post you're on PS5? This is a forum for PC gaming, and if you were on PC you could get around it. Still not ok for EA to have such a game breaking bug in the game for months though. As for you trying to get a refund and now attempting to contact lawyers and media outlets, lol. Good luck with that.

I needed to set the game speed to 60 fps in the fall sequence to fix some issues, it might be worth a shot.
