Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L 240mm Water Cooling Kit (if applicable)
Intel Core i7 10700K @ 3.8GHZ

32GB DDR4 @ 3.2k RAM
Windows 10 Pro
The prebuilt model is "The PowerSpec G436"
Drivers and Windows are all current. Unknown PSU.

Check temps for starters. Make sure Windows, and all drivers are up to date. Given that is a PowerSpec prebuild, it probably has a PSU of the same branding. You will have to open the case to get the exact model. CPU-Z should be able to tell you what motherboard you have.

Did he obtain it from MicroCenter since that's their house brand?
In any case, one reason we purchase new items is warranty. If you're facing problems with a brand-new prebuilt, I'd reach out to the seller.

The latest crash error says it crashed after about 30 minutes. It's possible the OperaGX browser was involved, but this happened after uninstalling it.

Gaming builds can sometimes run at lower specifications. The thermal paste could have been applied improperly. Ensure drivers are current. It seems the temperatures might correlate with game crashes.
