We buy stuff on Amazon, eBay, and lots of other places. We need to track everything we buy separately. Is there any tool that takes notes right away from these websites and saves our records all by itself?

You can ask to download eBay purchase history by picking the right date range. The file comes in a zip format so you can save it. Choose "My Ebay" / Account/Request your Ebay Data and then pick which information reports you want included. You'll get a .zip file of all your account details. Your data will be available to you after 7 days, because it takes some time for us to process your request.

Amazon does it all the same way: you just go to this link. It's easy enough to grab the data and put it in spreadsheets or similar files so you can check what it looks like using a database like Access.
