Hello, I recently played Need for Speed Most Wanted Black Edition from 2005 and thought it could handle the age. I cranked the settings to maximum. In the game, my fans were spinning up really loudly. It pushed my GPU to 93°C—far beyond the 78°C limit of Witcher 3. Anyone know if there’s an issue or bugs with this version? Also, Vsync was enabled.

Certain games increase component demands in unique ways. If your cooling system fails, then there must be an issue with your cooling setup. Software solutions, except for voltage controls, can't prevent hardware from overheating.

GPU temperature reaches 89°C during NFS UG2 gameplay. Just now I verified it.

Checked if VSync was active and confirmed it functioned properly. A few titles, like *Cough* Sims 3, struggle to maintain 60 FPS even when VSync is turned on.
