high load line calibration, EIST turned off.
vcore set to 1.3v after that.
once functioning, reduce vcore until failure, then increase by two clicks.

Identified the issue as unstable RAM according to software. Restored it to 1600Mhz with optimized timings, and ran for an hour without errors. All right, everything seems fine and you're doing great, ahead of schedule. CStates definitely handle it, I usually focus on DRAM, with the MC voltage adjusted accordingly for the rest of the parameters.
