Hi, here are your questions rephrased:

I need advice on purchasing and shipping from Memory Express. My siblings in Quebec, Montreal are new to PCs. I’m trying to buy a B660 mortar with WiFi and DDR4 from Canada Computers, but they’re all out of stock. The only choice I have is Memory Express. Is that correct?

Are you right? They don’t offer a pickup location in Quebec, so it must be shipped. I’m worried about getting a faulty M.2 module because of shipping conditions. Should I be concerned?

I’m unsure if anyone with shipping experience from Memory Express can test the module before sending it. Do they securely package items? Thanks in advance!

When traveling abroad, the item must be sent to you. If you're concerned about getting a faulty product and can't return it in Canada, consider purchasing locally.
