You can enable dark mode for all windows and remove the need to pay extra by adjusting your system settings directly. Check your OS documentation for steps to switch to dark mode globally. If you're having trouble with Microsoft products, consider using free alternatives or contacting support for assistance.

Check various options available, but I’m unsure about the guidelines. Here are some links for more information.

You can connect them—it’s not against the law. Just a grayish look. Sellers often use terms like scdkey, g2a, ebay, etc. I usually get mine on eBay, for instance. Where exactly can you find Win 10 Pro for 250?

You're looking for Windows 10 Pro keys under $30, maybe from G2A or similar sites.

Eh, its not $250 for the pro. OEM: $99 Non-OEM: $199 or less. Also Topic Locked . There are ways to buy a key for less, but it is against the rules to post links to less than legit sites for purchasing MSRP products. If you chose to buy grey market its your risk. It also against forum rules to post links to non-official sites for the OS to download or post links to sites on how get around legit activation requirements. Lastly, we can't help you with this. Grey market purchase is non-MSRP and unfortunately this will be on you to figure out, contact the seler for assistance if needed.
