Your GPU temperatures are unusually low, especially while gaming. It might not be possible to run high-performance games unless you're playing Pac-Man. Have you installed any afterburner or GPU software?

HMMM.... something is fishy bro. You said that you don't overclock or undervolt your CPU then why do you have afterburner installed? Is it because you use the rivatuner overlay? In any case, press the reset button on the afterburner. I refuse to believe that a stock 2060 is at 47C during gaming sessions.
