Another person resolved it by switching to a different port on the motherboard, which might have caused USB ports to overload, particularly during 1080p usage.

You're having trouble setting up the 64-bit admin panel. It seems like you're trying to access the configuration but nothing is responding.

It's 720p, but the ports are working fine. I've adjusted them in OBS, yet nothing is happening.

Windows manages input devices based on their labels. Consistent labeling helps prevent issues. You might be able to change the device name in the Device Manager.
