Hi, I've reinstalled Windows several times over time, but the drivers still keep the game running at 100-140 FPS. It's the same as my old i5 8400 and 1060 with 6GB RAM. I've updated the RAM and changed the motherboard and power supply, yet people with similar specs like mine are getting 200-220 FPS on their 1080, 2060, or 2070 models. My CPU/GPU usage stays around 60-70% and 50-60%. I've adjusted all in-game settings and the control panel, but nothing stabilizes at 120 FPS. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
