The Asus Strix Z390 features a 4+2 power phase design, which isn't the most efficient setup. Running it without extreme overclocking shouldn't cause major problems. If VRM temperatures rise, the built-in heatsink fan can help manage them. I'm not aware of anyone currently pairing these components together, but it's worth checking online forums or communities.
