I increased the clock speed of my 9900K to 5.2ghz by simply setting it directly to that frequency, applying a -60mV offset and turning off c-states and other features. The CPU operates around 1.59v during light use, which seems fine. Under heavier loads it drops to about 1.32v. As an ASUS Maximus Apex XI motherboard user, my voltage reading appears accurate. The RAM shows 4000 MHz with a stable 15-14-14-28 1T and 1.5v. According to what I recall, voltage matters only at very high levels and when current becomes excessive—my current is 175A under load, which should be safe.

175 amps equals 75 amps beyond what our whole home can handle before it trips, and every circuit supports 10 or 15 amps.

It seems your home operates on standard voltage levels, not low 12V like some electronics components.

This setup would require a water loop with a chiller or cooler. 1.59 volts is quite high; it can easily drive a 5.6GHz signal through the entire core.
