The motherboard listing mentions 8th and 9th generation Socket 1151. The supported CPU section highlights an i7 9700K (R0) and an i9 9700K (P0). Ark Intel’s chip page lists FGCLA1151 for the i7 9700K, which aligns with the 9th gen Coffee Lake. LGA1151 and FCLGA1151 differ; if the board uses the latter, a BIOS update may be necessary.
For a BIOS upgrade, my system runs the 9400f model, which makes the process manageable.
