I mentioned needing assistance. The FPS I see depends on my system settings. My specifications are listed there, and there are no problems—this is just how my hardware performs.

I would request that you verify A: VSync is disabled B: in the NVIDIA control panel the following settings are present 1. Power management change adaptive to performance 2. Multiple monitor to single monitor if applicable Otherwise, when I leave work I’ll review your specifications.
