I also have black flag screenshots. I don't play Arma and I'm not in a crisis, lol. It runs BF4 Ultra at 5760x1080 with 60-80 average frames and can go up to 130 in parts. The lowest frames are much better now compared to before. Before the slack, BF4 was around 30-40fps on average.
Since a single instance doesn't form a solid point. Because he chose the most favorable situation,...
It seems you're confused about why someone would pick this CPU, and that's perfectly valid. Everyone has unique needs and priorities when choosing a processor.
You can observe the GPU operating at full capacity in this image. The AC doesn’t support multi-threading, yet it performed without issues on four cores.
It also varies by game. At around 4.7Ghz, it handles cores fairly well, but heavy draw calls can still strain it—4670 frames per second at stock settings are holding on, which is confusing since you're considering AMD if you have two top-tier GPUs with at least a 1k value. Just to keep them from bottlenecking in certain titles.
There is no reason on earth, it's pricing is that of an i5 but there is almost no scenario a 9590 will perform better in games. Also you add to the motherboard and cooling expense, you are better off getting a 4790k with a cheapo motherboard and cooler and definitely blow it away in all scenarios.
That's due to its reduced FPS, yet the bottleneck remains linear, keeping the minimum FPS low. I'm in agreement—wait for Skylake i7-K before upgrading.
