You've already pushed your CPU to its limits with a high temperature of 94°C. Having three intake fans, one exhaust fan, and the standard cooler should help, but upgrading might still be beneficial depending on your workload and future needs.

Take your time. It’s unclear which benchmark was used. For instance, Aida64 suggests a 94°C CPU on a 360mm AIO. What evaluation were you performing?
