I recently switched from a 3070 to a 9070 XT and faced several problems, mainly crashes during gameplay. I've experienced driver timeout issues across multiple titles—Avowed, Split Fiction, and LoL. Split Fiction tends to have serious aliasing problems, especially in cut scenes, while LoL is completely unplayable and always crashes. Even sitting idle in the practice mode can trigger a crash after about 20 minutes. I've tried numerous fixes people suggest: reinstalling drivers, updating software, adjusting clock speeds and power settings, updating chipset, repositioning GPU and RAM, and checking PSU connections. The logs from HWINFO show crashes around row 1440 and 12602, with GPU usage spiking from around 31% to 98%. There are also periods where logging stops briefly. This pattern repeats consistently across sessions. Could anyone help interpret these logs or suggest a solution?

I've faced similar problems with my 7800xt. From what I understand, the 7000 and 9000 lines don't really appreciate AM4 much. You're not the only one—another person today also mentioned performance issues on the forum, and both of you had an AM4 CPU in common.
Interesting. My 5700X runs smoothly with both the 7800XT and 7900XT models.
