You're facing some tricky issues with your 9070 XT Reaper. It powers on and displays the screen but crashes when you try to launch a game. You've already tried booting in safe mode, which didn't help. Your setup includes a 12V 2x6 power supply split into two parts, which is standard for this model. Make sure the cables are secure and check for any loose connections. Also, verify that your PC's power delivery meets the requirements for stable operation. If problems persist, consider testing with a different power source or consulting the manufacturer's support resources.

The issue you're encountering in the event viewer after a crash isn't specified here. Please share the details so I can assist further. Also, confirm whether the power cables are securely connected.

The two lower alerts are just random spam (CLSID ones) as well. The top one indicates an issue with your AMD Ryzen Master. It manages your CPU settings. Consider uninstalling and reinstalling it, which could resolve the problem. It doesn’t seem Windows has a registry path for it. You might also want to check if your chipset driver needs an update.

I recently attempted to set up the chipset driver and reinstall the GPU driver, but the issue persists—now the system only shows a green screen when idle.

Have you possibly reinstalled Ryzen Master again? That seems to be the reason behind the problem.

Oh no, I completely missed that earlier. I'm starting over now.

It has become even more problematic; the GPU isn't visible in Adrenaline Software anymore, but it appears in Device Manager.
