Is there a place where I might be able to buy an 8GB Corsair Vengeance LED RAM stick? Ideally, it would be white, though I’m flexible.

It appears you may be unable to. What makes you seeking just one piece of wood?
You might attempt to reach out to Corsair themselves, however they are typically offered exclusively in complete sets.
