Cinebench R15 shows a score near 1350. Clock speeds reach 4Ghz around the midpoint. CPU-Z data available at the provided link. PC Pic image stored here. Z390 AORUS ULTRA runs at a max of 79°C, clock ratio 47, Vcore 1.3V, vccin 1.2v, LLC Turbo, AVX 0, MCE Off, speedstep disabled. Why is it dropping...?

Your CPU clock speed is decreasing because you're hitting the power limit of the processor. You'll need to increase it. This adjustment can be made in Intel XTU, though I suggest checking the BIOS for the correct settings. It should appear under the CPU Over Clock options, typically near the turbo boost power limit. When I raised it, the room lights dimmed noticeably—it was quite impressive.

P.S. I don't know what kind of water you're using, but there are some rumors about colored liquids leaving a bad residue inside your loops. Since I don't use water cooling, please take this advice with caution or disregard it.

Your CPU clock speed is decreasing due to hitting the power limit.
P.S. I don’t know what kind of water you have inside, but there are some rumors about colored substances leaving a bad residue in your loop.
Thank you! I set the TDP to 90 Watts, which is 5 watts lower than the stock. R.I.P.
P.S. It’s just regular water with Primochill Utopia lol
The reservoir looks red, and the tubes are solid white, making it seem dyed even when they’re not. I also cleaned my block before installing it, which was a bit messy.

Just wanted to let you know. I let mine go all the way up to 160W, so the power draw was noticeable haha
