Hit CMOS, apply voltage adjustments at 1.3V and 50x LLC1, attempt to load Windows. With those changes, the 8700K from Silicon Lottery runs at 5.3GHz using 1.32V LLC1 and AVX -2. It’s running smoothly with Liquid Metal. These CPUs perform much better compared to my 13900K after optimization.

I attempted it, but I don’t have a post or boot up, which means I can’t check the bios.
