start with small adjustments and check after each change
i test it at 4.5ghz with +0.2900000 volts
using prime95 for an hour without errors or warnings
every test passes, so it seems stable

Temperature appears normal; check the thermal margin in AMD OverClock and log the value during Prime for roughly ten minutes. Core voltage is stable—review CPU-Z while Prime is running.
