I aim to boost my CPU's performance, currently using OC GENIE 4 with a speed of 4.0ghz; I noticed some at 4.5 or even 5ghz and would appreciate guidance. Please let me know how to do it via MSI COMMAND CENTER or the BIOS menu, thank you!

Well, if it doesn't boot, the overclocking attempt failed. You might need to reset the BIOS in that case. Usually, you should increase the speed gradually, starting from low to high frequencies. Initially, without increasing the voltage:

For 4.1GHz:
CPU Multiplier @ 20.5
FSB @ 200
AMD Turbo: Disabled
XMP ram profile: Disabled

For 4.2GHz:
multiplier to 21
and so on
Monitor temperatures after each adjustment.

The issue with your board seems to be related to the VRM power phase design. There aren't enough VRMs for stable overclocking, but you can try to make it work.
