Yes, if you halt all the fans in your space, you should be able to hear the pump.

Adjusted my airflow settings and can now sense the warm fluid exiting and the cool air entering. The engine runs around 65 degrees, but I've increased it to a high of 90 degrees.

Back to airlocked, it sounds like. Your radiator is positioned relative to the cooling block as you described.

The cooler is quite old. Photos would show its age. If it looks worn, it’s probably time to replace it.
