Hey everyone, the game has become nearly unplayable after the latest update. It stutters every few seconds and drops to 1% performance at up to 80 fps compared to 200+ average before. Before the update, everything ran smoothly with over 200 fps in 1440p. I tried reloading shaders but that didn’t help. Even after reinstalling, the issue returned when I closed and reopened it. It seems similar problems are happening in Fortnite too—micro stutters are common on DX12. Anyone know what’s causing this or how to resolve it?

It appears Activision may have broken the game instead of an issue with the CPU or GPU. Consider trying different titles and see what works, but otherwise the update seems to be the cause.

Other games continued working well as before. The COD stopped functioning properly. I adjusted the settings but didn’t resolve the problem. It only stabilized briefly after a complete reinstall, after which the game started stuttering again.

It's a recognized problem as well; it's unclear what else developers could do to resolve it.

Have you noticed anyone facing comparable problems? Are these types of issues typical for AMD systems or generally affecting games?

It was a massive tale recently... people claim it's resolved, though perhaps you should attempt reinstalling the game.

I attempted to reinstall before. Assisted with the first game, then experienced stutters again. After installing fresh drivers today, the problem hasn't improved much. I'm hoping the new drivers will help this time. If the fix is recommended, does that mean my PC is faulty? Sad

I conducted additional tests and noticed the issue mainly appears on the Urzikstan map. It seems the stutters intensify in certain regions, especially near the mountain edges. When using other maps in Resurgance mode, the game runs smoothly with only occasional minor glitches. These problems appear to be related to the game itself rather than driver updates. I've already reported this via the Adrenalin bug tracking tool.

Hi everyone, I was wondering if these stutters might be related to RAM. After reinstalling Windows and fresh drivers, they didn’t disappear. I disabled the integrated GPU and it helped a little but wasn’t a complete fix. I’m considering replacing my RAM with different sticks. Have others experienced similar problems with other RAM modules? I’m using XPG Lancer 6000MT CL30 with two 16GB sticks at 5600 EXPO, and the issues were there regardless of whether EXPO was enabled or not.
