Download DDU: Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) version 18.0.7.0 from guru3d.com. Start in Safe mode, launch DDU restart as usual. Install the newest AMD drivers. Share your experience!

Thank you for your reply. I handled everything except after DDU the PC attempted to restart but failed, so I had to manually shut it down. The drivers were uninstalled. I reinstalled them and will monitor the situation, marking it as resolved by Monday if no issues arise. Appreciate your understanding.

Hello, unfortunately it crashed once more severely this time. My second monitor turned green, I had to force shut it down, and after that I received the same driver error messages.

Which graphics card did you use? An AMD or Nvidia model?

I just hit the crash again about an hour later (green screen once more) and I remember having a 2070 before.

Did you apply DDU to eliminate Intel, Nvidia and AMD drivers (because your CPU includes an iGPU)? If not, that would be the initial step. Afterward, reinstall the Intel and AMD drivers.

You just completed the installation, and your resolution returned as it was before the last reboot—could be a positive sign.

It means the drivers followed the proper installation steps. It should have happened then as well. How's the situation looking so far?
