I’m thinking about building a compact, portable PC with everything I listed. Here’s what I have planned:

CPU: A10 7870k (http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnu...6819113393)
RAM: 2X 8GB Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 (http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnu...6820104458)
Cooler: Noctua NH-L9a (http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnu...1PC2V50911)
Case: Cooler Master mini 110 (http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mini-it...s/mini110/)
Power Supply: 200watt stock PSU (included in the case)
Hard Drive: WD black 500GB 2.5" (http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnu...67S2189800)
I intend to fine-tune the CPU clock primarily on the integrated graphics, aiming for at least 900MHz or a bit higher, then adjust the CPU speed to around 4 to 4.2GHz (depending on what the CPU can support). For the Vcore, I plan to boost it slightly to hit my desired performance.
I’ll also fine-tune the RAM to 2400.

Regarding power, I’m wondering if 200 watts will suffice. Many people suggest a better PSU for this build, but since I’m not in the US and can’t easily source a similar-sized unit, I’m okay with it. I understand the calculator says at least 250W, but sometimes they round up for safety. I’m ready to go the extra mile to keep the size down.

What are your thoughts?
Thanks ahead of time if anyone can assist.

I'm not sure if I would overclock the iGPU on that PSU, but everything seems okay. The issue is that the CM doesn't list the +12V capability of the 200W power supply.

A small power draw of 115 Watts.
This is the original case from the manufacturer instead of the Corsair variant. It powers an 18W APU, RAM, and a single hard drive.

The OP might substitute the PSU with an alternative such as the link provided.

Hi everyone, and thank you once more for your reply.
@clutchc & Eximo: I’d really like to get a PSU like those, but there aren’t any available in my area.
@clutchc, thanks for bringing that up—specs weren’t mentioned. I think I should postpone this and look into another option. I’m sure the build will work if I don’t overclock, but if I skip OC altogether, a 7860k or 7800 would be better, though it won’t be enough.
Thanks again.
