Hey everyone, I just set up a new rig for my fiancé. It has a 7800XT, 12400f, and 32GB DDR4 (four 8GB sticks). Everything looks the same as the previous one. Whenever she plays games, they get really frustrated—screen goes black and a message pops up below. I’m starting to wonder if I made a mistake by choosing an AMD build and now I’m stuck. Anyone have any ideas or solutions? Thanks!

Are there any logs from the event viewer attached to the issue, and were they downloaded using adrenalin?

I think it was adrenaline. I’m not sure how to reach the viewer log—sorry, new to this!

Typical results appear in the event viewer, showing errors or warnings that could explain the crash.

I'll look into it today and see when she plays. Are there any steps I can take before she starts later?

Possibly DDU and reinstalling drivers. It isn't crashing to the green screen or causing the computer to crash, so the problem likely lies with the drivers.

Check the driver uninstaller at the provided links. Clearing and re-downloading drivers may fix problems or instabilities in driver files.
