I've just begun overclocking and recently reached 5.0ghz on all cores a few weeks ago. Now I'm adjusting settings and managed to hit 5.2ghz on one core. I'm wondering if running at 5.2ghz across all cores will significantly raise the temperatures.

Perform a stress test and verify the result.

Hi. I'm wondering if an occt of one hour serves as a reliable sign of system stability.

There might be few 7700K models that can run all-core at 5.x GHz while staying under 95°C... Hope you're doing well with your project!

I re-read my lengthy message and noticed you likely already have a 5 ghz all-core clock. So perhaps you've got some solutions in mind.
Aim to keep OCCT under 85°C on AVX2 small sets. This should handle the most intense conditions, and limit testing to just 15 minutes in those high temperatures.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response but I successfully reached 5.0ghz across all cores while maintaining a temperature of 15c under thermal throttling. Recently I achieved 5.2ghz on a single core and won't be overclocking further. Thanks for your support.
