Not great, you're not just page filings, I mentioned that. For frequency, reset the CMOS and give it another try. Remove those software programs, shut everything down, then attempt to run your regular tasks and see if usage changes.

The RAM isn't reaching 1333Mhz and DDR4 doesn't support such low speeds. The number seems to refer to a single data rate, which would be 2666Mhz—still below typical 3200Mhz DIMMs without XMP enabled. It's just running at the base frequency, something that can be resolved by checking the BIOS settings. Usage doesn't matter much unless you're constantly paging to the file system; Windows will try to use all available memory, but performance drops when it can't keep up.

I resolved the CMOS and it's back to 24%. Thanks for your help. I'm curious if this might have impacted any programs. While playing Osu!, loading songs and restarting a track more than once caused timing issues, making the music offbeat. My computer also froze and crashed when trying to load games like Danger Zone in CS:GO. Could that be related? Also, @Chris Pratt, I haven't checked XMP settings recently, so I'll try that now to see if it improves things. Thanks a lot for your support!
