I receive 9.5 MB/s, but not every fiber connection is optimal—most run directly to the cabinet, then copper into the house, and the northern exchanges lag behind the southern areas, which typically offer about 8ms.
I assume you already have your answer, just a minor suggestion: adjust the "FREE SLOTS" to 1-5 and 6-10. This will show you the servers with many players, which are usually the most popular because they have better hardware and less lag. I do this and it works well for getting into high-quality servers with lots of participants.
The issue lies in the server list sorting. It only rearranges the servers visible on the screen, not all available ones. This affects the data displayed when sorting.
