What are your thoughts on the recent CIG 890 Jump and Cutlass models? Are people eyeing a 890 trophy model for around $600? Or are you leaning toward a new Cutlass? Personally, I find the red variant appealing, but I’m open to trading and exploring other options. A med-transport isn’t really on my radar, so I’m leaning toward blue or black. What do you think about the blue option compared to the extra $50?

Ultimately, it's always Red versus Blue. The only thing you can ask is: "Have you ever thought about why we're here?" (Ten internet searches plus a cookie if someone got that hint)

I'm here since I can also choose the red. Because I'm not as focused on fighting like a pirate hunter or transport.

Sarge. I’m keeping the Black, it’s one of those vessels you’d better upgrade yourself for. No need for two beds or six jail cells. If I can manage three cages and a bed, I’ve got the ultimate Bounty hunter ship! Did you think they’d sell a luxury yacht cheap? I was expecting around 400 max, but they actually made it bigger than planned and included that mini ship too...

Simmons actually About the Red does include weaponry. It’s designed for combat scenarios, though it avoids targeting medical personnel in standard warfare. If you’re entering enemy territory quickly, you’ll need protection to stay safe.

mainly a 300i variant, no missiles, just one nose and two wing guns. I don’t have any idea what the turret does, but it seems like a standard setup without any extra firepower.

I was considering around $300, maybe a bit more. But 600 seems way out of the question—I don’t charge that much for individual hardware parts, let alone digital art.

I own the Freelancer with the DUR upgrade and have been searching for a good reason to buy the Cutlass. I mainly view it as a compact cargo vessel that might face a few dogfights now and then. Regarding the models, the Red (Medic) Cutlass stands out as something special; you can definitely earn a lot with it since many players won’t choose the medic role. The Blue (Police) version is actually quite solid and performs well for its purpose. The Avenger doesn’t seem suitable for this ship. The Cutlass offers more storage space, and the two closets near the back door could serve as a weapons storage area while the cutlass functions as the top turret. The Avenger is more budget-friendly. The standard Cutlass is meant for pirates. Its cargo capacity, weapons options, and speed make it ideal for quick maneuvers and group operations.
