Usually I receive around 77 megabytes, and I was operating at that rate just an hour ago. Curious if anyone knows what caused this change. I’m using Ethernet, but Wi-Fi provided similar speeds. I’ve checked background processes too.

Verify if other devices are consuming bandwidth. Standard routers usually provide information on bandwidth usage.

It might be a signal problem with the ISP. It's hard to determine. They likely offer DSL and Fiber. Based on the speeds you're seeing, it seems like DSL is the case. I'll try restarting your modem and then check further. If the issue persists, contact the ISP and ask them to investigate.

It looks like the connection is slow. Are you saving your data to the cloud or downloading files using a torrent?
