5G or AC?
It would be simpler if you connected your providers page directly.
They might receive something similar to a nano HD as the access point. You won't reach 1 gigabit on Wi-Fi, but around 500 megabits is a realistic figure in everyday situations.
Hey, your networking is okay. I’m checking if you can use AC and still get a better internet connection or the same quality.
The 5GHz frequency offers quicker speeds but a limited coverage area, while the 2.4GHz extends further but with slower performance. The AC wireless protocol can switch between them based on your distance and router features; this makes the comparison misleading. Rather than asking if 5GHz is superior, consider that it relies on AC standards, so it’s integral to the system. If your service includes it, it can provide significant advantages, particularly with many connected devices and high-speed needs.
I'm not referring to my home Wi-Fi. I'm asking about the internet service provider and what they provide. I'm using an Ethernet connection to my main router and a 5GHz connection from my ISP. Is that clear?
