Find the easiest method in the BIOS to enable PBO and let it boost performance as designed by AMD. There are many settings available.
I checked the details, around 26 is quite solid... so perhaps Op has an issue, but it’s not that bad overall. It could be a BIOS or chipset driver problem. Or maybe it’s just a lemon—it happens! AMD doesn’t have a “turbo boost,” it uses PBO, but improvements aren’t guaranteed. The thing that most impacts boost clocks is temperature—temperature matters a lot. You might try PBO, but make sure your temps stay in range... If it briefly runs higher then overheats, it won’t help you. Usually you aim for about +200Hz offset and -200mV offset (yes, that’s a negative), though I’m not sure it still works on newer models. Probably it does, but it’s uncertain.
