Hey Guys, Since like 1 week now my Computer is doing very suspescious things and I have no clue or any more Ideas what I can do or even know what the problem is... I really hope someone can help me here... So like 1 week ago, I was watching a YouTube Video and completly randomly my fans startet moving faster and faster and faster. I was like "uhmm okay" so I opened Task Manager. Nothing to see there everything was normal and the CPU usage on like 3%. So I opened HwInfo and saw instantly the red numbers on the CPU Temps. First 80°C.. after seconds 90°C... 100°C and then on 110°C my Computer crashed/turned off like someone plugged the cable off. I was like "WTF just happened!" and looked aorund my PC Case, everything was fine and I tried to start the Computer again. I pushed the "start" button, the PC went on, fans were moving and after several seconds the PC went off again. So I went for smoking a cigarette and thought "fuck my PC is broken". After like 5 min I came back and gave it another try. This time the PC startet like nothing were happen. Everything were good and for the next like 8 hours I was playing Video Games and doing stuff without any problems or any high Temps. CPU Temps were all the time below 70°C like usual. The next 2-3 days everything was fine, everything was normal. The following day it startet again... I was watching a Stream and doing work with Notepad, my fans startet going crazy again, cpu temp is rising to +100°C again. I decided to turn the Computer off. I waited like 2-3min before I startet it back on and again the PC went after seconds offline. I tried it again, Bios startet, and then on the windows loading screen it crashed again and went offline. I tried again, Bios loaded, Windows loading screen showing my SSD have like an Error and tried to repair it. After Windows repair was finished the PC startet normaly like nothing happened. And again I was playing Video Games for the next few hours without a single problem... After closing the Video Game I was doing stuff on my Desktop and there we go again, fans going crazy, temps going crazy, I turned the PC back offline. This time the PC startet on the first try without any problems. Back Online, back on doing stuff on my Desktop after like 30min the PC went randomly offline out from nothing. No high Temps, no fast crazy spinning fans, just nothing. This time it needed like 3 times to get the PC started. So I decided to completly clear my PC and reinstall Windows 11. After everything was done and everything was back setup it looked like everything was normal again and the problem solved. 8 hours later it startet again... and again while working on the Desktop / being on the Desktop. It always happens while being on the Desktop, it never happened while Gaming or doing other stuff in fullscreen programs. I have been watching for this issue the whole day today now and tested/forced where/what this problem is or why it happens. I cant find anything, the System is fresh installed and Im litteraly doing nothing and watching my CPU is burning on +100°C from doing nothing. I have no more Ideas what to do and cant find anything on the web... It seems like this happens completly random and always while being/working on the desktop or just watching a video and doing nothing. This never happened to me before, this PC is like 1,5 years now old and is running smooth and good like on the first day normaly. Im not a PC specialist but if I would guess the problem has anything to do with Windows 11 (?) or the lastest Version of Windows 11 (?) or maybe is my SSD just kind of broken (?) I have recorded my Desktop on the last time this happened with opened Task Manager and HwInfo. I cant see any suspescious there but maybe someone of you see something suspescious My Hardware: PSU: be quiet! Dark Power 12 1000W Mainboard: AORUS X570 AORUS ELITE CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X CPU Cooler: be quiet! Maybe the pump failed.

It seems your AIO pump isn't performing well. Consider tuning it with a 5950x for improved airflow, or implement power limiting until a replacement cooler arrives.

I believe the cooling isn't the issue. The CPU temperatures remain stable during gaming or video editing. The temps spike unpredictably when the system is idle or running tasks.

I regret missing the click on "Solution." However, it seems the pump is still functioning properly and there are no unusual noises coming from it.

The failing pump tends to stop only when it's not operating, so these indicators strongly suggest it might be about to stop. Always keep your pump away from your radiator or hoses, as bubbles inside can immediately reduce heat efficiency. Also, ensure the fan controller stays active continuously; I usually run mine at maximum power around the clock, though I haven't encountered any issues with that setup. Verify the pump's fan curve in your BIOS and adjust it if needed for the AIO model you're using.

The CPU temperatures would likely rise even more if the pump fails and you're gaming at the same time. I noticed similar issues with Windows 11 causing performance drops, especially on the desktop. Playing in 4K on Max settings already pushed temps to around 65°C, so cooling seems critical.

Sure thing. It seems pretty odd that this only occurs when using the Desktop and gaming, while everything else works normally. I’ll take a closer look at the Aio and inside the BIOS. Appreciate the assistance!
