Currently I have 200/130/170 with 200mhz + and -5 all cores CO. It's interesting that I'm achieving 22100 in Cinebench. In my earlier configurations, manual Mobo limits or Adrenaline CPU OC would push values like 400/300/500 at 200mhz -5 CO, but Cinebench was capping at 21600. The main difference between those settings is EDC staying around 210A before I lowered it to 170, while TDC remains steady at 113A regardless of the settings. PPT maxes out at 184W, so essentially one configuration gives the best score while keeping the same temperature (79-80) on my 360 Arctic LF3 in Cinebench. I'm working on optimizing my 5900X and have to wait for more CPU changes, so I'm searching online for optimal PPT/TDC/EDC values, but there are many conflicting opinions.

The power and current restrictions are well understood for precise spotting, varying based on the motherboard, BIOS version, cooling configuration, and the optimization settings you’re applying. The values I discovered performed best on my system with a 5900X at 222 PPT, 177 TDC, 188 EDC on an X570 Master (BIOS revision not remembered) using a custom loop, while targeting the Y-Cruncher 2.5B benchmark. If those limits suit you, continue using them—they’re tailored for your configuration.
