A single BIOS update with occasional adjustments appears to be functioning well now. Looking forward to its continued performance.

I modified the BIOS once more for another concern and encountered the same issue once more, missing the steps from before. Now I understand what adjustments I made. It functions correctly in manual and DOCP (XMP) modes as well; just set the frequency to 3600Mhz and increase the DRAM voltage from 1.35V to 1.36V (or in small steps of 0.05V). If anyone else needs a solution for this problem.
