The overall core performance is quite typical. I usually check each core individually. Most of my cores handle -30, some -25, and the lowest -16. The top performers tend to be the ones that fail—they’re already operating at a reduced voltage than others, and a negative curve further drops their output. They also get the most use and stress.

I don't adjust the voltage directly. I still apply -30 though. I boosted PPT and TDC, and reduced EDC from the default settings. Perhaps try a configuration like 200 130 130 with -30 CO and stock voltage. No need for an LLC unless you're manually overclocking with just one multiplier.
