1. Compact gaming 4k 40" display, 2. Casual gaming on 4k 28" screen, 3 movies 1080p & 4k on 55" television. Equipped with 5820k 32gb RAM, 1080 ti ftw3 card installed, IS CPU PERFORMANCE SUFFICIENT OR REQUIRES UPGRADE?

It's acceptable. At 4k resolution in a game, most of the processing will be handled by the GPU, and the 5820k should work just like any other stronger CPU in 4k gaming.
