5600X3D.....
5600X3D.....
I'm working on an AM4 setup, but I haven't completed the research yet. This is the build I'm considering swapping in the Ryzen 5 5500 with a 5600X3D. What are your thoughts? You mentioned checking out the GCPH9C listing. I'm a beginner who plays mainly on Xbox games to learn platforms and upgrade gradually. The GPU I'll get comes from my sister's build once she finds an EVGA 3080 Ti with 12GB RAM.
I intended to hire a functional colleague in the US, purchase it, and ship it because it was only $229. That would eliminate the last stage I had originally scheduled—the 5800X3D.
What is the cost? The PC part picker indicates it's unavailable in your selected country. A 5600 would be a good choice for extra cache, particularly if you plan to add a 3080ti later. You might also consider an RX 6700 priced similarly to the RTX 3060—slightly less efficient for ray tracing but quicker for traditional rasterization.
I’m arranging to ship the device from the US. I already have the Zotac 3060 with 12GB in my daughter’s setup, so I’ll acquire the EVGA 3080 Ti for her.
It's running Zen 3 on an AM4 board. Essentially it's a "broken" 5800X3D with two cores turned off. That's the setup.
