I believe it might be the newer Asrock B550 ITX AC board. The 5600x worked on the previous model, so I’ll compare it with the 3700x and 3200. If the 3700x functions well on the ITX board, it’s likely either the 5600x is faulty or these boards aren’t compatible. I’ll test the 5600x on the A320 to confirm.
I understand your concern about this chip. From what I saw, with just the MSI Coreliquid 240mm it was running at 21 idle. After switching to this ixT board with a mixed build, the chip would show up at 90s. Even when CPU load and Vcore were at 0, it still happened. It seems the board might be faulty. I think replacing the board could be the solution, so I plan to check the BIOS tomorrow and try rolling back a few versions to see if it resolves the issue.
I faced the same issue as OP, upgraded to a 5800X and it performed better with my EK AIO 360. No one will understand, and it seems user mistakes are the main reason. Get used to the internet—it’s full of people who don’t get it. Just a reminder.
