Appears quite solid overall, though I haven't used any Seagate drives before. All the ones I've tried have either failed completely or stopped working prematurely. They seem to be of poor quality—consider opting for WD instead.

For this setup purchase the following components: CPU, RAM, motherboard, and case. These parts will function flawlessly even if they’re older, and they’ll also help you save money. This way, you can get a CPU such as the 1600AF/2600 at a similar cost while achieving much better performance. (However, you’ll need a separate GPU then.)

It seems you're considering editing video with that approach. However, memory might process too quickly for the CPU. You'd need more slower cores if possible. Faster RAM could also help since the higher-core chip would require even less speed. A GPU would be necessary as well—something affordable. Those $85 1600AFs were still available, so it could work. The 3200G is essentially a mediocre 4-core Intel K chip. If you're not committed to buying new, this would be better suited for the used market.

It would definitely be tougher with such a limited budget...but it's fine.
