I’ve explored all possible solutions and found a suitable fix. For your 9800 i9, you can enable integrated graphics without any issues. Everything functions properly on your new PC with a fresh Windows install and the latest motherboard BIOS. The MSI liquid cooler also works well.

Replace the GPU, refresh the MB BIOS for a brand new GPU, reinstall the Nvidia App. Avoid using the .16 driver; use the .24 hotfix here: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/.../a_id/5624. My 5080 wasn’t detected until drivers were installed. I also had integrated graphics which allowed booting. (You might need to connect your HDMI DP cable to the MB instead of the 5080 until drivers are applied.)

It’s brand new and handling all the power for the case. It delivers 1300 watts, and I’m switching from the old 600-watt cable to the GPU directly now. I’ll test the PCIe splitter later, just in case.
