Yes, and you managed to perform the speed test nearby the router. There remains a possibility that despite the Wi-Fi's potential for higher speeds, Dell could have reduced other parts, limiting it to 100 Mbps. You might want to try logging into the device—there’s often a built-in "speed test" option to confirm the actual performance.

The speed tests were conducted close to the router. It doesn’t appear there’s a dedicated ‘integrated speed test’ available.

If you have someone with quicker internet, ask them to connect and test speeds to see if your laptop is the bottleneck. Running tests from another device can help identify whether the issue lies with your router or the ISP's limits. You might also try plugging a gigabit port laptop in and run a speed test once. If it shows higher speeds, the problem is likely on your own device. In some areas, ISPs offer speeds like 105 or 505 Mbps, but if you're capped at around 94 Mbps, it suggests a standard limit around 100 Mbps.

Run a nearby speed check. This will help you determine whether the issue is with your WiFi or internet connection.
